Gifttology Instagram Sales Assistant — Data Deletion

To request deletion of information held by Gifttology's Instagram Sales Assistant:

1. Message @gifttology.store from the Instagram account used for the enquiry, or email support@gifttology.store with the subject Instagram Sales Assistant — data deletion.
2. Provide your Instagram username and say whether you want your assistant conversation and lead details deleted, corrected, or optional follow-up stopped. You do not need to provide a phone number if you verify the request through Instagram.
3. Gifttology will verify that the request relates to your account before processing it. We will not ask for your password or an Instagram login code.
4. Our team will review the relevant assistant records, remove or anonymize information covered by the verified request, handle related task records and copies, and respond with the outcome and any information that must be retained for a separate transaction or applicable obligation.

This request concerns Gifttology's assistant records. It does not automatically delete your Instagram account, the Instagram message thread, or an existing Shopify order. If your request concerns an order too, say so when contacting us. Information independently retained by Meta or another service provider is also subject to that provider's own deletion procedures and retention rules.
